the room was pretty clean, and i liked that it was a decent size for a family. the online check-in was easy, which was a relief after a long drive. it’s also nice that there was a lift to the rooms, not common in budget hotels. the location was quiet and made for a good night’s sleep. parking was secure and well-lit, which is a plus.

service was lacking since there were no staff on site and using the intercom was frustrating. also, the food vending machine was overpriced, and there were no nearby dining options.

The guava jam was a sweet revelation at breakfast! The big, comfy bed provided a cozy sanctuary after a day on my bike, and the handy parking felt like a secret bonus. Got to say, the staff made a real effort to be helpful despite some hiccups.

Now, on to the not-so-great, the service was lackluster, especially when I struggled to get a response and had to shell out an extra 23€ to book again. Everything else still shined.

I had to rely on an intercom system to get assistance, which was a little frustrating. The vending options for food were limited, making evening dining choices a challenge. Despite these few inconveniences, the overall value for the price paid was fair.

We enjoyed our stay in a family room. The clean bathroom facilities were a bonus, and the comfy bed made for restful nights. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful valleys and regional culture, especially with our two little kids in tow.
